At 7kingzzy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items on sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@7kingzzy.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- We will confirm your return request within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- If you paid via UPI or bank transfer, refund will be credited to the same account.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.
